I found the location very convenient to everything. The airport bus shuttle is at the plaza hotel just opposite. the room had plenty of space, it really had excellent dimensions. hotel staff were excellent. there are lots of nice restaurants around, a real plus.
the air conditioning was a little noisy. nothing major, but it was there.

I particularly loved the bathtub and curtain combo , it separated the toilet and shower space nicely. This is a different setup from typical washrooms. The hotel's location is a real highlight for me. It is close to Namdaemun, Myeongdong, and Seoul Station, putting it right in the middle of everything.
i noticed a very small stain on the carpet in my room, it was easily overlooked , but i thought i would mention it.

the hotel is close to several metro lines , specifically line 2 and line 1. This provides easy access to the majority of the city's areas. i found it very convenient to walk to many attractions and local spots from the hotel.

the staff was very helpful with directions and questions , providing quick and accurate answers. i could store my luggage safely at the hotel , allowing me to explore the area without carrying heavy bags. They were always available and attentive.
